Welcome to your new home with Ramshaw Real Estate.  In order to properly and efficiently use this check-in form you must follow and understand a few guidelines:

  1.   Only 1 check-in sheet can be submitted per apartment.  If you have roommates, please consult with them before submitting this form and make sure their information is listed as well.

  2.   Once you press the submit button the form is locked and you will not be able to change any information.  You can access the information for viewing purposes but you cannot make changes to the form.

  3.   When you picked up your keys you were given a user name and password.  This combination will enable you to access the specific check-in form for your apartment.  After reading all guidelines on this page, please insert your user name and password at the bottom of this page and proceed to the check-in form.

  4.   In order for the check-in form to be accepted you must completely fill in all information requested and respond to all categories.  For instance, this form would not be accepted if you failed to include your phone number, etc.  Also, use the "not applicable" checkbox if a certain category did not pertain to your style of apartment.  In other words, click the "n/a" button in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedroom categories if you live in a 1 bedroom apartment, etc.

  5.   Your check-in sheet must be submitted within 5 days of your term beginning date of your lease.  If this is achieved, any reasonable maintenance requests indicated on the form will be handled according to the schedule that appears after you submit the check-in form.  If the check-in form is submitted after the 5 day period the maintenance requests will be handled after those maintenance requests that were submitted on time.

  6.   You should have received your apartment in a clean condition.  In the unlikely event something in your apartment did not get cleaned to your satisfaction, please indicate the items that are not clean on the following form and we will respond by taking the appropriate cleaning measures as soon as possible. This service is only available within 5 days of term beginning of your lease, at Step 2 within the condition report.

  7.   You should have received all furniture stated on your lease upon move-in.   In the unlikely event something in your apartment is missing or broken, please indicate the items on the following form and we will rectify as soon as possible. This service is only available within 5 days of term beginning of your lease, at Step 4 within the condition report.
